Inventory Control - Grade

   GRADE CONTROL

• We use  Grade control to track the Quality of the Product.
• Grade can't be used without enabling LOT.
• Now create your grade, go to
• Inventory -> Setup -> Grade

In Organization Parameters enable Lot control

Now create a Item and assign to the Child org

In Child org at Inv tab enable the Lot and Grade  

then select what kind of grade item it is

Now I'm creating two more item for another grade

 

Now let's perform transactions for those items in lot entry screen we can see the grade of that item after generating the Grade

Save it and check the On-hand qty, here we can search with the lot num and grade also
